The Second Session of the Preparatory Committee, 17-18 November 2014, mandated the co-Chairs to convene further open-ended negotiation meetings in Geneva to continue its work on the draft. The dates of those meetings are 8 to 10 December 2014 and 12 to 16 January 2015, with the possibility of additional meetings as appropriate. The aim is to finalise the draft by 31 January 2015, upon which the draft will be submitted for consideration by the Preparatory Committee at its third session on 13 March 2015, in Sendai. An advanced unedited version will be made public through the World Conference website once agreed by States.

States and Observers
Delegates from Geneva-based permanent missions and permanent observer missions are not required to register.
Permanent missions and permanent observer missions in Geneva are kindly requested to facilitate the participation of individuals from outside Geneva by submitting the list of the delegations to wcdrr2015@un.org indicating "Open-ended Negotiation Meetings" 4 pm on Friday, 9 January 2015 (Geneva time).
Major Groups
Organizing Partners are requested to facilitate the participation of individuals from major groups seeking to attend the Open-ended Negotiation Meetings. Organizing Partners are responsible for providing the Conference secretariat with a list of the name, designation and organization of individuals who will attend in person. Lists must be submitted to wcdrr2015@un.org indicating "Open-ended Negotiation Meetings" by 4 pm on Friday, 9 January 2015 (Geneva time).
United Nations system entities
United Nations officials and staff holding valid UN Ground passes are not required to register.
All participants attending the Open-ended Negotiation Meetings must present themselves at the entrance of the United Nations Pregny Gate. Participants holding a valid UN Grounds Pass for Geneva are not required to collect a badge. UN officials and staff coming from other duty stations are required to present a valid form of national identification and fill out a Badge Conference Registration Form. All other participants are required to present a valid form of national identification and will be provided a badge for the duration of the meeting.
